- Free from active breakouts in the area you plan to stamp
- Not currently sunburned or freshly tanned
- Not recently exposed to professional treatments (last 7 days)
- Hydrated and clean (no makeup, oil, or SPF residue)
⛔ DO NOT USE GlowVita If You Have Any of the Following
Skin conditions (do not stamp over):
- Active acne breakouts, cystic acne, or open pimples
- Cold sores, herpes outbreaks, or any active viral skin lesion
- Active eczema, dermatitis, or psoriasis flare
- Rosacea flare-up (rosacea between flares is generally fine — patch test first)
- Open wounds, cuts, scratches, or healing scabs
- Sunburned, peeling, or freshly tanned skin
- Areas of skin cancer, suspicious moles, or any unidentified growth
Medical conditions:
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding (the peptide stack has not been independently safety-tested for these populations)
- History of keloid scarring
- Diabetes (consult your doctor before use — slower wound healing is a contraindication)
- Active autoimmune skin conditions
- Bleeding disorders or active use of blood-thinning medications
- Compromised immunity (chemotherapy, immunosuppressants, recent transplant)
Recent treatments (wait the recommended interval):
- Chemical peels — wait 7 days
- Laser treatments — wait 14 days
- Botox or fillers — wait 14 days
- Microneedling (clinic) — wait 14 days
- Sunburn or significant sun exposure — wait until skin is fully healed

GlowVita is designed for adult skin. The collagen-stimulating mechanism is not appropriate for adolescent skin, which produces sufficient collagen naturally. Use is restricted to age 18+.
🛡️ HYGIENE — NON-NEGOTIABLE
Every single treatment requires a new sterile needle head.
- Never reuse a needle head. Single-use means single-use.
- Never share your device with another person — not a friend, not a partner, not a family member.
- Do not allow another person to use your device under any circumstances.
- Wash your hands thoroughly with soap before handling the device.
- Cleanse your face fully with a gentle cleanser before treatment. No makeup, no oil, no SPF residue.
- Use only the GlowVita-branded sterile needle heads. Third-party or "compatible" heads are not validated for this device.
After your treatment:
- Remove the used needle head while wearing the protective glove provided in your kit (or with a clean tissue)
- Dispose of the used head in a sealed sharps-disposal container or sealed plastic bag
- Wipe the device chamber with a clean, dry tissue
- Store the device in its case in a clean, dry location
💉 DURING YOUR TREATMENT
- Stamp with gentle, even pressure — the device is designed to work with light contact, not force
- Do not drag the device sideways — always lift and place vertically
- Maintain ~50% overlap between adjacent stamps to ensure even coverage
- Avoid the immediate eye area (orbital bone and below the lower lash line)
- Avoid the lips and inside the nostrils
- Stop immediately if you experience sharp pain, persistent bleeding, or unusual sensation
Each treatment session should take under 10 minutes. If you find yourself stamping for longer, you're using too much pressure or over-treating — stop and review the instructions.
☀️ AFTER YOUR TREATMENT — Critical Aftercare
First 6 hours post-treatment:
- Do not apply any other skincare beyond what's in the GlowVita serum
- Avoid touching your face with unwashed hands
- No makeup
- Avoid direct heat (sauna, steam room, hot shower)
- Avoid intense exercise (sweat can irritate the open micro-channels)
First 24 hours:
- Continue to avoid makeup
- Resume gentle moisturisers only — no alcohol-based toners, no exfoliants
- Sleep on a clean pillowcase (change yours the morning of treatment)
First 48 hours:
- No retinol, AHAs, BHAs, or vitamin C — these conflict with the repair process
- No professional facials, peels, or extractions
- No sun beds. Limit direct sun exposure
- Avoid swimming pools (chlorine), hot tubs, and the sea
Every morning after treatment:
Apply broad-spectrum SPF50+ without exception — post-treatment skin is significantly more photosensitive for at least 5 days.
⚠️ WHAT TO EXPECT — Normal vs. Concerning Reactions
NORMAL (no action needed):
- Mild redness for 30–60 minutes post-treatment
- A slight tingle or warmth during application
- Skin feels "tight" or slightly dry for 6–12 hours after
- A visible glow the next morning
MILD — STOP AND MONITOR:
- Redness lasting more than 4 hours
- Small bumps or hives appearing within 24 hours
- Stinging when applying your normal moisturiser
→ Pause treatment for 7 days. Use only gentle moisturiser and SPF. If symptoms clear, resume with a smaller treatment area next session.
CONCERNING — STOP AND CONTACT US:
- Persistent bleeding during or after treatment
- Severe pain at any point
- Skin remains red or inflamed beyond 24 hours
- Allergic reaction signs (swelling, itching across face, hives)
- Any sign of infection (yellow discharge, warmth, fever, increasing redness over days)

🚮 HOW TO DISPOSE OF USED NEEDLE HEADS
Used needle heads contain biohazard risk and must NOT go in regular household recycling.
Safe disposal options:
- Sharps bin — if you have one (many GPs, pharmacies, and home-medical-supply retailers provide free sharps disposal containers)
- Sealed double-bag — place the used head in a small zip-lock bag, then inside a second sealed bag. Label "USED MEDICAL SHARPS – DO NOT OPEN" and place in household waste
- Local pharmacy disposal — many pharmacies accept used sharps free of charge — call ahead to confirm
Never:
- Throw a used head loose in a bin
- Recycle it
- Flush it
- Leave it where children or animals could reach it
